Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were comfortable enough for all of us, they felt a bit dated and on the small side compared to other options in the area. The price I paid felt a bit high for the size of the room. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with all staff being consistently nice and helpful, although some might find it a bit too formal. The convenient services like drive to Seoul station for the airport express were greatly appreciated. The location couldn't have been better, just next to Myeongdong station exit and across from the main shopping district, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area and catching transport easily. However, dining options were a bit limited, and the breakfast menu could use more variety to enhance the experience. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel facilities were decent and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel is wonderfully central, just above the Myeongdong MRT station and adjacent to the bustling Myeongdong shopping street. The rooms are clean and nicely set up, though a bit risky being right at the stairway entrance. The service is top-notch, with very friendly and helpful staff readily assisting guests. The location is superb for shopping, dining, and exploring both old and modern Seoul. The dining options, while a bit on the expensive side, offer a decent selection for a satisfactory meal experience.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had lots of natural light, making it a comfortable retreat at the tip of the stairs, with easy access to the airport bus. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. The location was strategic, right next to the subway station and within walking distance to shopping and eateries, making exploration super convenient. The dining experience was good, although I missed having a buffet option for breakfast. Overall, a great value for money stay with just a few minor hiccups.
The hotel is in a prime location right across Myeong Dong shopping street and next to the line 4 metro stop, making it a centralized spot in Korea. The service is friendly and polite, with all staff consistently nice and helpful. The rooms, while clean, feel somewhat dated like a blast from the '90s, but the location can't be beaten for shopping and dining.
I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the Seoul Tower from my room, although it was a bit small. The room was kept clean every day, but it did feel a bit dated. The service, especially from Bob Kim, who helped us with a late booking for the DMZ tour, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location right in the center of Myeong-dong was super convenient, just steps away from the main shopping area and the metro station. The dining experience, while healthy and well-balanced, could use more variety in the breakfast options. Overall, a good stay with a few minor drawbacks.
